Our approach to therapy
Therapy does not always require years of commitment. Oftentimes, individuals may see results in as little as 3-4 sessions. However, it is dependent on the individual’s unique situation. Typically, the more work put in outside and during our sessions the quicker results are seen.

Our therapeutic approach is non-judgmental and interactive.
I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I use various modalities to include a few Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy. I believe that therapy can be innovative and uniquely tailored to meet a clients’ individual needs. I also understand that the client is the expert of his or her own experiences. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating, I believe it can and will be a life changing experience for the better! I would like to partner with you and explore options to assist you in this journey called the therapeutic process.
